Within the scope of the YU Earthquake Support and Goodness project, we held the “Privacy and Peer Bullying” seminar conducted by Işıl Simay Aydemir and Ece Sözeri, from the Therapeutic Clown team, in the week of April 5th.

The YU Earthquake Support and Well-being project is a project that aims to provide support and assistance to individuals. The aim of this project is to carry out various activities to help the people affected by the earthquake cope with their difficulties and to spread the feelings of benevolence and solidarity in the society.

The theme of the seminar, “Privacy and Peer Bullying”, covers topics such as power relations, privacy and personal boundaries between children and young people. In the seminar, the participants were informed about these issues and awareness was raised about what children can do to protect themselves.

The Therapeutic Clown team is a team that works to make the lives of children and young people happier and healthier. This team works to raise the morale of children and young people by wearing clown costumes, to do fun activities with them and to provide them with psychological support.

In general, the YU Earthquake Support and Well-being project is a project that aims to facilitate the lives of individuals affected by the earthquake and to spread the feelings of kindness and solidarity in the society. The seminar, held as part of this project, deals with issues such as power relations, privacy and personal boundaries between children and youth.
