As part of the YU Earthquake Support and Welfare project, we recently held a workshop during the week of May 31st at the Faculty of Fine Arts, specifically in the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Research Department. The workshop, titled “From Seed to Plate,” was led by Fevzi Can Acar.

Our organization is committed to providing support and aid to those affected by earthquakes, and this workshop was just one of the many ways we are working towards that goal. Through this workshop, participants were able to learn about the entire process of food production, from planting the seed to serving the final dish.
