Within the scope of the YU Earthquake Support and Well-being project, we held the "Communication and Security" seminar conducted by Gamze Uzuner and Ezgi Sözeri from the Therapeutic Clown team in the week of April 12.
Our earthquake survivor children and their mental and physical health are very important to all of us. For this reason, we, as Yeditepe University, consider it our duty to ensure the physical and mental activity of our children.
In our training on “Communication and Security” we held this week, we gave a seminar to our children about how to communicate in a healthy way, what they should pay attention to when communicating and what they should pay attention to in terms of security, with the Therapeutic Clown method that they can understand and be effective.
The Therapeutic Clown team is a team that works to make the lives of children and young people happier and healthier. This team works to raise the morale of children and young people by wearing clown costumes, to do fun activities with them and to provide them with psychological support.
